ValueMomentum Announces Kalyan Kodali (“KK”) as Chief Executive Officer
Founder Raj Samanthapudi to serve the organization as Executive Chairman; new structure to facilitate scaling the organization

ValueMomentum, Inc., a provider of software and services to insurance, healthcare and financial services firms, announced today that Kalyan Kodali (“KK”) has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of ValueMomentum. Raj Samanthapudi, ValueMomentum’s Founder & CEO since its inception, will continue to serve the organization as Executive Chairman. Swarup Ghosh, previously Chief Delivery Officer has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer. These appointments are effective, June 1, 2018.
ValueMomentum has been experiencing rapid growth, and with its team size approaching 2,000, is now at a scaling stage. These appointments and a new organization structure have been put into effect to facilitate scaling the organization.
