Senior Director, Human Resources

Mr. Noria joined ValueMomentum in 2000 and serves the organization as Senior Director, Human Resources.

Mr. Noria has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry, largely in the field of human resource management, benefits management and talent acquisition. Mr. Noria has been instrumental in supporting ValueMomentum’s growth as an industry-focused IT services and software firm and drives its talent acquisition, people development and retention initiatives. Mr. Noria also plays a pivotal role in instituting key policies and processes to nurture leaders, while ensuring high employee satisfaction and engagement.

Mr. Noria holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dallas.
