Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ghosh is the Chief Operating Officer of ValueMomentum. Having joined ValueMomentum in 2004, Swarup most recently held the role of Chief Delivery Officer overseeing service delivery, customer satisfaction and driving high performance teams. Mr. Ghosh has leveraged his expertise in technology, delivery, project management, team management and client management to drive award-winning client satisfaction at ValueMomentum. Mr. Ghosh’s mission is to develop and fine-tune ValueMomentum’s operations as it prepares to scale and also for creating a new operating model.

Mr. Ghosh has over 24 years of professional experience in the IT industry having held positions of increasing responsibility from Developer, Module Leader, Project Manager, Onsite Manager, Engagement Manager and Program Manager for Fortune 500 Clients.

Prior to joining ValueMomentum, Mr. Ghosh developed a strong 360 degree perspective of Client Services management through stints with Wipro, Ampersand, Tata Unisys and Aptech.

Mr. Ghosh holds a Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering degree from Bangalore University, India.
